Lees-McRae College is accepting applications for the position of Head Men's and Women's Track & Field Coach.

LMC is an NCAA Division II institution and is a member of Conference Carolinas.

Responsibilities will include the development, management, administration and supervision of a Division II program. Duties will include but are not limited to: directing all aspects of the track & field; identifying and recruiting qualified student-athletes; scheduling; planning and organizing practice; and overseeing administrative process of team travel, budget management, eligibility, and academic progress of student-athletes.

Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. A minimum of three (3) years coaching experience is required; head coaching experience preferred.
