Men's Release | Women's Release | Complete National Rankings NEW ORLEANS - For the fourth consecutive week the Ashland University Eagles sit atop the women's USTFCCCA Division II Coaches Indoor Track and Field Power Rankings, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced this morning. Coming in a No. 2 this week is the University of South Dakota. The Coyotes enjoyed a good weekend in Ames, Iowa as they picked up two qualifying marks for the NCAA Division II Indoor Championships. Following USD is Grand Valley State at No. 3. Missouri Southern State is ranked fourth followed by Central Missouri to round out the top five. Adams State begins the next five at No. 6, followed by Nebraska-Kearney and Western State. Southern Illinois-Edwardsville and Abilene Christian complete the top ten in the women's rankings. A team's total point score is the sum of all points earned by that team in each event. Teams are allowed to select up to two athletes per event, and an athlete can only be used in a maximum of three events (not including relays). Only one relay team per event can be selected. Schools are responsible for submitting their own results. The 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor National Championships will be held March 14-15 at Myers Field House on the campus of Minnesota State University in Mankato, Minn.
