NEW ORLEANS - While No. 1 Ashland and No. 2 Missouri Southern State retained their rankings, third-ranked Adams State made a big move this week in the women's USTFCCCA Division II Coaches Power Rankings, released this morning by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Adams State competed over the weekend at the Air Force Invitational and finished second in the team point standings with 88 points. Overall meet winner Colorado State had 113 points. The Grizzlies were ranked tenth in last week's rankings.
