Criteria:

The student-athlete must have completed at least 2 semesters or 3 quarters at the certifying institution to be eligible for the award;
The student-athlete must have compiled a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25 including the most recent grading period at the certifying institution, certifiable by the Registrar’s Office;
The student-athlete must have met the NCAA Division III automatic or provisional qualifying standard for the most recent indoor championships, certifiable by the final Division III indoor descending order list, or must have met the NCAA Division III automatic or provisional qualifying standard for the most recent outdoor championships, certifiable by the final Division III outdoor descending order list;
The student-athlete's institution must be a current member of the USTFCCCA.
