    All three NCAA divisions will conduct their annual business and agenda votes Tuesday and Wednesday.

    General Sessions

    The general sessions will not only kick off and close the association's convention but will also address issues related to both track & field and cross country.

    The reception on Monday evening prior to the Opening Session will kick off the convention and will allow members to renew old friendships and to create new ones.

    Coaches Hall of Fame
    Reception & Dinner
    Presented by CONICA
    We will induct several former and current coaches into our Hall of Fame, which is the highest honor that men and women in our coaching profession can obtain. Members will have the opportunity to show their gratitude for the lifetime contributions that these members have made to our sport.


    NCAA Seminars

    NCAA staff will update association members on new sport rules and regulations, championship procedures for 2006, the new international athlete clearinghouse and how to bid and host NCAA events.

    Technical Seminars

    Presented by TARTAN & Bank of America
    On Tuesday, topnotch coaches from around the nation will conduct educational technical seminars on subjects such as distance running, vertical and horizontal jumps, sprints and throwing events. The opening session will feature Olympic gold medallist Dan O'Brien's discussion on the coach-athlete relationship.

    Professional Enhancement Seminars

    Seminars on Tuesday and Wednesday will offer insight into how to deal with day-to-day issues within your profession. Topics will include legal liability and risk management, communication between administrators and coaches and media interaction.
